Carol Chen presented Fall/Winter 2022 “Neoterica” Collection for Paris Fashion Week 2022 powered by Fashion Division. Neoterica derives from the ancient Greek word neoterikos, which means new or young. It was influenced by Singapores modernity, inclusive culture, and architecture.
